This is an older item. The porcelain is in lovely condition and the decoration is sharp and bright. On the underside, the glue used to attach the hardware has yellowed with time as you would expect to see on a vintage item. Some white has worn away on the toilet seat showing the metal below as per images.

Not really an issue but if it bothered you it would be an easy touch up.
