The Sylvanian Families Miniature House Shop, produced by Epoch in the 2000s, is a rare and highly sought-after Japanese edition from the same era as the Flair Sylvanian Families Toy Shop. This unique set features a charming pink roof and includes miniature versions of iconic Sylvanian houses such as the House on the Hill, House of Brambles, St. Francis School, Lakeside Lodge, Rose Cottage, Woodland Lodge, and the Kitchen Restaurant. The set also comes with 2 toy boxes, miniature furniture, a train, wrapping paper, and 3 magazines. Please note that the chimney has yellowed over time, likely due to age or sun exposure.

The box shows significant signs of wear from age and storage, including watermarks and notable damage. Please refer to the images for details.
