A specially commissioned 1:12th scale mansion house, based upon an existing building in Holmfirth, Yorkshire, named A Gentlemans Residence. The home of the original owner.

The House is 5ft in length, complete with lighting to each room, mahogany and oak wood interior and exterior detailing, a beautiful stained glass full length window situated behind the mahogany stairwell , all entirely handcrafted, by Mastercrafstman Englands Magic, Eight rooms in total. Photograph 10 is a picture of the original building which still exists in Holmfirth and is occupied not derelict!
