Robert Stubbs 3 Room Cottage Dolls House. This is a lovely example of his work and as it's relatively small, it's easy to live with as it doesn't take over your home. It has more wood detail to the front and sides than most of the houses so it makes a big impact in a small shell. The exterior is superb, the woodwork excellent and roof and chimney in lovely condition.

This house has had previous tenants but overall they looked after their house and it is generally lovely. The last owners left behind the fire, spit dogs and a hog roasting on the fire as well as a couple of buckets and the crane lift. There are also a couple of storage solutions on the kitchen wall a few bits and bobs on the shelves. All lights are working - I have recently replaced a few bulbs but does NOT come with a transformer.
