MADE IN THE USA, ALL DESIGNS CUT IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA!!! This is our Leon Gothic Victorian Mansion full scale / 1:12 kit, this kit was re-designed and released for sale as of August 2015. Kit is cut from 1/4 plywood and is smooth, ready for paint or stain. Kit has detailed porch rails.

Victorian Gingerbread - Corbels, Gable Ornaments, exterior railings, window frames, 1/8 Plexiglas window, detailed sub frame skirt, turret, turret dormer, turret finial, working main door, working interior doors, detailed porch stairs, detailed chimney. This is a complete kit, a value for all the artwork. House comes ready to assemble right out of the box, Once assembled will look like the picture you see in referenced attachments.
