"Elspeth's House" is an absolutely charming antique Dolls House circa 1890's. The house is decorated with painted brickwork to the front and sides and the roof is wooden tiled. All the original glass windows are intact and secure, they rattle a little when the house is opened, just adds to the charm. There is no evidence of woodworm. Offers are also welcome for the house without the contents.
