Dolls House Fireplace Handmade Red Brick Colonial Miniature Fireplace

  

This doll house fireplace incorporates high detail and oodles of character and is a quality piece that will look absolutely stunning in any historical setting that you want to represent in your doll house or room box. The brick work is hand carved in terracotta clay and then aged with a colour wash to give it that extra realism and character. The mantle is real wood which has been hand crafted and stained a dark oak colour and then aged to make it look old and worn.

Both fires are made from real hand cut logs and have had a dusting with real coal dust and can be lit from below. As with all my fireplaces there is a drilled hole underneath the logs to enable you to add a red fire bulb to give it a lovely warm cosy feeling. There is also a cupboard featuring an opening door for storage. A solid wood and iron effect crane holds that all important cooking pot. The logs in the storage area are also real.
