Antique Wealdon 16th Scale Model House (A Rare Item). A stunning model/ dolls house Wealden miniature building. 6 detailed rooms, glass windows, ceiling beams, fireplaces , oven lighting , curtains and many more unique detailing to each room, not able to show all with 12 photos. I do however have more photographs should you wish to view. Wood structure , hand painted exterior creating the weathered terracotta tiles, wood work, weatherboards and bricks. Clearly made with a great attention to detail and observation. This item is old and in a used, age worn condition.

The house requires a skilled sympathetic repair and restoration and clean. Roof tiles are missing as one can view from the photos. In my opinion parts of the facade to reveal the interior rooms are missing. Most of the structure remains to make a complete worthy restoration, so not for the faint hearted!
