Unique British made dollshouse freshly professionally renovated large rooms OOAK

  
This is a unique ONE-OFF dollshouse adapted from a vintage British made house which was made about 30 years ago. It has just recently been professionally renovated/adapted and is extremely well finished. You will never see another one exactly like it.

The exterior has had each raised brick hand tinted to give a weathered look. The roof tiles are also hand shaded to give a complimentary weathered look. All of the exterior has been tinted and shaded to give a very realistic look with a mossy green tone on the forecourt, alcoves and roof. The custom made outside iron work is a mix of brass and resin. The windows are wooden and the house is made from a sturdy yet light weight plywood.

The rooms are a really generous size unlike many pokey dollshouse which can barely fit a double bed in the bedroom. It also has a clever double opening so that you can view the side/stairs. The landings give some extra space for your collection.

It also has three bay window areas to display your miniatures. It is an heirloom piece which will last for generations.

Sadly so many modern (cheaper) dollshouses are not built to last. It also has a nice balcony area for some plants.

The interior is finished with a clean neutral matt white paint which is perfect as a base for wallpapers should you want them. It has internal doors which are also painted white.

It is inspired by the classic London townhouses around Kensington and Notting Hill. It is elegant enough to just be a stand alone item. The bricks are toned to resemble the classic London stock bricks.

The upper floor's exterior has been textured using real sand and tiny grit. The entrance steps have been sanded to look worn down from years of use and are shaded in various grey shades. This house is a collector's item and would grace any collection. It makes a nice change from the usual designs available. The finish is extremely professional.

It would be the perfect Christmas gift for a special person of any age. I'll be happy to bubblewrap it if you are organizing a courier. Please note that the bed in the pic in not included but is a size reference. It's 21" deep and 43" high.
