Artisan Miniature Dollhouse Vintage June Clinkscales Dream Day Bed Silks Wood UK c2009. Every once in a while, something very special comes up for sale, this is one of those times. One of my all time favorite miniature artisans is June Clinkscales of England.

She is amazing, you can watch videos of her working on her creations online. This day bed is like a miniature dream, imagine a beautiful room in a castle where you happen upon this piece...

Draped in silk from top to bottom as it gracefully falls to the floor. The cornice at the top and base is all wood with a hand carved bow. I can't even count how many different fabrics and trims were used. Even the side panels are beautiful tapestry ovals. This is one of the most beautiful furniture pieces I have ever owned. You are welcome to make an offer but please be reasonable, this is an incredible one of a kind piece made by a master miniature artisan. Signed on the underside and dated 2009. 8" tall and 7" wide. I LOVE ANTIQUE AND VINTAGE. THE BIGGER THE COLLECTION, THE BETTER.
