22" width x 11" depth x 29 height (to top chimney). The slim profile makes it easy to accommodate on more modern furniture. So often these houses are missing shutters and external papers, but this sweet house has its original external features, to include glass and metal windows, the door with Lion door knocker, letter box and the inside of the door features a lovely little cut glass handle. This model features four decent sized rooms. Internally the remains of original papers are tatty but give clues to the original wallpaper used, which would aid finding reproduction replacements, if desired. This house is clean and prepped ready for wallpapering.

No woodworm and in good sound condition for its age. The back has been replaced by a previous owner - on researching this the back of these houses were often painted, so this isn't too much of an issue. This house is a rare find and is only for sale as it is a duplicate birthday gift. A Rare wooden Lines Triang bath is included in this lot - and I will include a piece of original brick pattern paper for the kitchen floor, to get you started.

Due to the age and scarcity of model it is too risky to send by courier and risk then getting crushed or damaged.
