Unusual 12th Scale Dolls House one of a kind item handmade and finished inside and out. This could maybe be a home for a witch, or a wizard hidden in the middle of a forest, or maybe a gate house a home for the gamekeeper or something similar. This house is fully finished the windows are of a Cotswold stone style and are glazed with diamond leading, the door is also of the same style, a nice little lean to on the side also features a large window.

The 2 front sections lift away for easy access to the interior and the roof has a nice tiled effect finish created using an egg boxing technique. All floors inside have a floorboard look finish to them and at the back of the ground floor room there is a set of open stairs leading to the first floor. Features 3 rooms the main ground floor and first floor room are 26 cm wide and 25 cm deep, the lean-to section is 11 cm wide and 22.5 cm deep.

Height of the building is 62 cm it is 33 cm deep including the path at the front and is 42 cm at its widest point.
