Vintage Tri-ang Dolls House With Electrics All Original Inside & Out Black Windo

  
This vintage Tri-ang wooden dolls house comes in the original condition both inside and out. I think it is an early one dating to the 1930/40's. It has not been restored or messed about with and retains all the original wallpaper flooring and painted finish. It has a tiled roof, black metal windows and frames and an opening front centre section. It is the electric light version with all the original factory fitted switches, battery box, wiring and ceiling lights in place.

There is some corrosion to the metal housing for the battery (I have removed the old battery) but it is still serviceable and although I have not tested it I see no reason why the system should not be in working order. There is the Tri-ang Lines brothers badge to the back and the paper electrics factory label to the underside (see photos). There is one widow absent (above the car port) and I think there should be two chimney stacks but there is only one present. All in all it is in very good condition showing only the expected age related wear and tear. It stands 16 3/4" tall and measures 18 3/4" x 10 3/4 at the base.
