This ultra-luxurious Georgian Mansion dolls house. Comes as a DIY kit with full instructions and step by step guide. This ultra-luxurious house features; 8 large rooms & 4 halls spread over 4 floors, a central returning staircase, a built in basement, Georgian windows that are featured on the side walls too, dormer windows in the roof space, outside pavement with railings and entrance stairway. The front panels and roof are all double hinged for easy access and the front door comes ready-made and pre-hung.

Also available with Victorian Windows (message us to request after ordering). Ceiling space range between 205mm and 250mm high (depending on floor). Made using high quality MDF boarding. 9mm thick for the main components of the house and 6mm thick for the back and roof. The house comes with stair treads and external doors and windows.

Internal components are available on request and at an additional cost. If you'd prefer the house readymade (because we understand a Kit isn't for everyone), please message us with your address details for a quote.
