12th Scale Sid Cooke'Highgate' Dolls House. Beautiful Edwardian style house decorated throughout with mostly wooden floors and carpet runners to all staircases.

Consisting of 4 rooms some with fitted curtains or nets to the windows. Fully lit with adaptor included using Heidi Ott light fittings. All furniture and contents are included in the sale (please see photos). Front opens in one piece with basement and is hinged for easy access.

House also has an attractive basement area with side gates. The library room has an attractive frieze to one end to give the elusion of a fitted bookcase and contents to add depth to the room. High to top of chimney.
