One off ready made extra large Georgian dolls house. Was a prototype bought at a dolls house exhibition. One of the small side doors needs re-fixing and there are the railings for the front steps.

3'7 (109 cms) high. 21.25 (54 cms) wide. 2'21/2 (67 cms) deep.

It is very solid and well made. I have stood a chair next to it to give an idea of the height.
