Hand made victorian antique dolls house, D. O. B 1850 (Approx)

  
It is with a heavy heart that we must let our beloved antique dolls house go. This completely unique and rare construction was hand crafted in 1850 by professional brick layer Henry Mitchell and modelled after the classic detached victorian houses of the same era. It was constructed using recycled cigar boxes which in themselves are over 150 years old. The models and furniture were constructed to the exact scale of victorian houses of the time and the designs reflect, all furniture were also handmade and are included.

Having said that we would prefer this item to go to a loving home/collector who will cherish this as much as we have. This piece has been in our family and has been handed down from generation to generation since its conception and we are absolutely gutted that we must let it go. The attention to detail on this is second to none, something which you very rarely see Condition: As you can imagine, being over a century and a half old, the item has some small signs of wear, typically discolouration along with some sparse woodworm holes, however I cannot see any chips/marks.

All glass windows are still intact and hinges all still work.
