This is a lovely 1/12 th Scale Tudor Style Dolls House Made By Rowen Miniatures. Nothing that detracts from this very well made dolls house. It could probably benefit from a freshen up with some new paint. Theres a couple of marks in the wooden flooring.

There are a few tiny marks on the plasterwork front panels. So please look closely at the pictures. This is not a pristine brand new item. I like to be as honest as I can about anything I notice on my items. The lights are currently working and it's a little crude but it's been converted to use a 3 pin plug. Inside 3 of the rooms have fireplaces, there are some arch shaped alcoves to give the illusion of a room beyond.

Each room has wooden effect floorboards. A wealth of detail so please zoom in on the pictures to have a closer look. I have included a picture with a 1/12th Scale Chair next to a fireplace, the chair is not included in the listing, it's just to give an idea of size. This is a lovely handmade dolls house. The front doors are about 5.5 years inches tall.
