Bespoke 1/12th scale Tudor House, Collectors Dolls House

  
Bespoke Tudor House, 4 rooms (the whole ground floor is one large room) 2 rooms on first floor. Chimney made from real brick. Herringbone fireplace made from real brick, cement, wood and plaster, and took three days to make. Everything has been painstakingly hand crafted to a very high standard by myself (except the bannister). This is a one-off Tudor building I have created over the last year. In total around 800 hours work. The photographs do not do it justice.

The item is on the Isle Of Wight. I use a reliable courier with a very good reputation who can deliver to the mainland UK but please contact me first so a price can be quoted. This is my only means of income. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and receive no benefits or help whatsoever.

Room in photo 4 has a priest hole at the back of fireplace. You gently pull a chord and the brick panel slides upwards. I will be adding more photos to a Facebook page soon. The house is 39.5 inches high from ground to top of chimney pots. These measurements are taken from the roof.
