Beautiful 1/12th Scale'Sail Maker's Cottage' OOAK Hand Made Unique Dolls House

  
This is'Sail Maker's Cottage', my latest 1/12th scale hand made dolls house just completed. Built from plywood throughout and with a textured papier mache finish to the external walls and a slate effect finish to the roof.

It has the benefit of an outside toilet and small yard ideal for displaying potted plants. Inside there are two rooms each with painted plaster walls and waxed wooden floorboards. The cottage measures 22" high, 10" wide and 11" deep and it stands on a base 18" by 12. Please note I can accept no responsibility for any damage caused during transit.
