Here we have'Quayside Cottage' a 1/12th scale hand made dolls house just completed. Built from plywood throughout and with textured papier mache finish external walls and a slate effect roof. Inside there are two spacious rooms each with plastered painted walls and waxed wooden floorboards.

There is just the hint of a stair downstairs with a corresponding false door upstairs. The cottage measures 26" high, 16" wide and 11 deep. The base measures 13.5" deep and 16" wide.
