18 Half Kits Coty Dolls House. This is the early model with the side-opening doors dating from 1906-9.

This handsome old house was painstakingly restored with great care taken to match remnants of the original colour scheme as closely as possible. This particular house had a deep pink trim with accent gilding, most of which had sadly been lost through a hundred years of play and many coats of overpainting. The internal rooms are large and have great potential for creative furnishing. The original papers survive in three of the four rooms but are generally in poor rescued condition. However, they provide a good sense of the original. One of the two chimneys is a replacement. The paper to the doors and rear is original and has not been touched, except to stabilise it where necessary. Size is approximately 31 high x 26.5 wide x 18.5 deep.
