Antique Schoenhut Doll House with Original Furniture & 3 Rare Dolls

  
Very cool over 100 years old treasure of a dollhouse. This set was found in an attic clean out and was wrapped up and tucked away. It needs a bit of tlc and a bit of care but each thing will be listed below describing its condition. Please remember this is a VERY old dollhouse kept in an attic so it has seen better days, but Im pretty good shape all things considered. The dollhouse has original chimney that is currently detached. Some windows show wear and damage with discoloration and brittle pieces. The detachable wall is slightly warped with some damage to the door frame. (See pics) floors and roof need some attention. Binding tape on roof shows some wear and needs some attention. Floor is chipping and peeling around edges.

1 doll has pants and no arms. 1 doll has dress and missing 1 arm.

1 doll is bald, naked and has a chipped off foot that is missing. Bedroom set: bed, nightstand, dresser (no mirror) 2 vanity tables one with no mirror and missing drawers. One has a bench and the other a chair. Bathroom set: toilet, medicine cabinet, sink, bathtub. Kitchen set: sink, ice box, stove.

Dining set (green): buffet is missing one leg, table and 4 chairs, corner dish cabinet. 2 pink lamps and 1 gold. Piano is missing leg and bench is missing one leg. Living room set: radio, gold table, gold cabinet (missing 2 legs), coat rack, matching sofa and chair, 2 brown chairs, 2 green sofa seats one with matching ottoman, gold foyer table.

Some legs are bent and brittle. This set can be fixed up, but its still very cool despite its flaws.
