Vintage Triang Thatched Roof Dolls House No 62e It Dates To 1957 It Is A 62e Because It Had Original Electric Lights And Switches On It But For Safety Reasons I Have Removed Them It Has It's Painted Flowers On The Front As Well As The Card Window And Roof Trimmings This House Has Been Very Gently Restored, The Roof Has Been Repaired And Painted In The Original Colour The Windows Are The Original Ones And Have Not Been Touched, All Are Opening They Have The Original Blue and White Curtains The Front Door And The Garage Doors Have Been Left Unpainted To Show Off The Beautiful Wood Grain, As Well As The Internal Doors The Front Door Has All Of It's Original Fittings The Internal Walls And Ceilings Have Been Painted A Very Soft Cream, The Floors Have Been Tastefully Papered With A Replica Of What Was Left Of The Original Floor Coverings. There Are Certain Pieces That Have Been Replaced Such As; The Left Hand Outer Wall, The Back And The Base, The Porch, The Garage Doors Both Of The Chimneys, The Little Net Curtain By The Front Door. The Last Picture Is What It Looked Like Before I Restored It. It Does Have A New Electric Connection That Just Needs A Plug Adding To It And It Will Then Run 16 Different Plugs For Lights And Any Other Fittings Ect But I Haven't Fitted Any Lights As I've Left That To The New Owner To Put Up Lights Of Their Choice.

It's Ready For Someone To Put Their Stamp On It, Especially If You're A Collector. It Will Be Extremely Very Well Packed Securely.

It Has Been Donated By A Very Generous Person To Help With The Costs Of Helping Us With Our Rescued Horses And Ponies. We Have Just Rescued A Colt, Who Needs To Be Gelded Before He Causes Any Mischief To Us Or His New Owners, So Any Funds That We Can Raise With This Sale Will Go Towards The Vet Bill.
