It is cream with green details - 107cm wide x 59.5cm high and 48cm deep. The condition is pretty good considering it is 80 years old. The cream paint looks original, the doors and window frames have possibly been repainted at some stage. All the metal window frames are intact, the'glass' is actually perspex. Love the long side window at one end running alongside the staircase.
No idea if the lights are working, you would need 2 batteries, the wiring looks intact and there are bulbs so would have thought it isn't a big job to get them working. Clearly somebody has enjoyed playing with this house as they have added curtains and a few pictures inside, I like the 3 flying ducks on the wall!Original'parquet' paper on the floors although this is a bit marked or scraped in places, as is the base and edge of the base. Please look carefully at the pictures, i can take some more if you want or if you wanted to have a look at it you could come and view. Inside are original fireplaces, staircase etc and in the kitchen there is a fitted dresser, cooker and belfast sink. All in all its a fantastic example of a rare dolls house, really one for the serious collector!
Please look very carefully at the pictures as they constitute part of the description. We live in Worthing but i could take it to Leatherhead in Surrey if that helps.
