Vintage Miniature Dollhouse ARTISAN Sculpted Beautiful 18th Century Lady CHEERS. You are all in for a treat! Guess who stopped by Magpie Manor this weekend?

Cathy Sanders, miniature doll artisan. Sanders has been creating one-of-a-kind dolls and dollhouse miniatures by hand for years and she's rubbed shoulders at shows with the best of them, everyone from Marcia Backstom to Susan Harmon to James Carrington. Her creations and personality left me in awe, she is a true miniature artisan with a love for her craft. She has decided to bestow Magpie Miniatures to curate her collection and find a special home for each one of her own treasures. The group photo (second photo) is just a tiny selection of what's to come.

Now remember, each one is one of a kind, there's only one of each. She used these pieces in her own shows or loved them so much she couldn't bear to let go... She was made by hand by Cathy Sanders with the most incredible attention to color, figure, shadows and posing. From the top of this doll's head to it's intricately adorned shoes, this doll is perfection.

Each curl was hand twisted, lovely face and a stunning dress. Notice the tiny tassels at the hemline. She's OOAK and comes with a custom stand. This doll took hours and hours to make. I took as many photographs as allowed so you can discover all the details yourself.

One of Cathy's specialities are her dolls legs, they are perfectly to scale and each are different and magnificently sculpted. This doll has a different look with every turn of her body... I adore this wonderful piece of art. 1:12 Scale, 5.25 Tall.
