Split level 2 story House. Comes with a hanging ceiling light in living area. Door all swing really well. Good overall used condition, Here are the things I'm noting in condition and are also shown in my tons of pictures. If I have forgotten any other items, they would be.

Ink marks on left side of top of roof, and stain on right side area. Staining in kitchen floor and wall.

Light stain in upper room on right side floor corner. Staining on left side of outside wall. Crack in lower window on bottom part. 27 1/2" wide, 10 1/2" deep, 15 1/2 at tallest peak.
