Beautiful very large Tudor style collectors dolls house. 49 inches long - 23 inches wide - 32 inches. 3 floors - 8 rooms - front panels slide off, roof lifts off.

House was lovingly made by my grandfather as a project, does need some attention in parts and additional finishes etc. Extremely heavy item, will need 2 people and a van for collection - collect from Old Coulsdon (CR5 area).
