This is your chance to have a Tomy Smaller Home and Garden doll house circa 1980 in very good condition and eight boxed furniture sets to fill the Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom. The house was staged with furniture pieces. The actual pieces you will receive are in the boxed sets. I have listed and described everything below. House numbers are still on the front door. Two additional wallpaper pieces are included (see last pic) if you want to remove the bed/bath divider and have one big, upper room. The bathroom set below also has another style of wallpaper to choose from. A photocopy of the original instruction sheet is also included. The house is in very good condition and is only missing the attic clips.

The second floor is slightly warped which is common for these houses. I used doll house porch railing posts as kitchen posts which worked great to straighten it out. There is a small spot on the bedroom floor. Kitchen floor has no bubbling and is very nice.

NEW IN SEALED PACKAGE-Contemporary 3-piece sofa, (firm cushions) modern coffee table, matching end table, table lamp with clear base, miniature checker board and little checkers, 2 magazines and a high wall cabinet with a TV set and books. Box is in excellent condition. NEW IN PACKAGE-Counter top range with 4 burners and hood unit. Box is in very good condition with only a slight tear at one back corner.

NEW IN SEALED PACKAGE-A modern refrigerator/freezer unit with a six-pack of Pepsi. Box is in excellent condition and still has the original price sticker. Douuble sink with dishwasher unit that opens and closes. Box is in very good condition and has original price sticker.

NEW IN SEALED PACKAGE-Traditional canopy style bed, mattress and canopy in red, white and blue fabric, and a teddy bear. NEW IN PACKAGE-A dresser with drawers, cabinets and 3 hangers.

Box has been opened and has some slight water damage. NEW IN PACKAGE-A vanity table with matching stool, a hairdryer, and a diary too.

Box is in very good condition. Box has been opened and has some writing on front and sticker removal. NEW IN SEALED PACKAGE-Modern bathtub, double sink in a wood-like cabinet, toilet, standing mirror, scale, potted plant, set of matching towels, and decorator wallpaper. Box has some denting and taped corners from storage wear but has never been opened.
