A fantastic and very rare artisan handmade miniature pair of torcheres/guerdions made by John Hodgson and marked with his initials to the underside. A pair of gilt guerdions/torcheres, C1700. Gold painted onto pure English pewter. Can be used for silver or china perfume jars, or as candle stands.

(110mm) Diameter top 1 1/4? The items photographed are the exact items you will. In good overall condition, some minor wear, some oxidisation to one of the torcheres which can possibly be cleaned up, please see photographs for accurate condition.
