The paper itself consists of a sheet of very thin and delicate, almost onion skin, printed paper 2 1/2" inches x 2 inches approximately folded into 4 sides with miniscule print some of the headlines including "Royal Edition" are legible as well as what appears to be the date'Jan 1924" and it is in very good condition. It comes with the original Manila Envelope that is in slightly worn condition with the flap detached but present.
A paper conservator could easily do an archival repair on this but it never bothered me so I left it, the newspaper inside is just about perfect. A sought after original Queen Mary's Dolls' House Collectable with great provenance that is getting very hard to source this tiny bit of ephemera that is now over a 100 years old. I have tried to price fairly for condition one went through a major toy auctioneers in the UK recently, easy to google, and achieved a hundred and seventy five pounds.
I have taken photo in the doorway of one of my houses as a'lifestyle picture', any other items in the photos other than the newspaper described in this listing are not included in this sale.
