Dolls house miniature 12th scale Mary Poppins & Bert

  

Lovely 12th scale porcelain couple dressed in Edwardian era outfits to represent Mary Poppins and Bert the chimney sweep. Mary Poppins finely featured doll custom dressed by Caroline Nix at Woodside Dolls and Bert is an Ann Lucas doll by World of my own Miniatures. Mary Poppins wears a royal blue suit just like the one worn by Julie Andrews in the 1964 movie. Her outfit is completed with a white blouse, red neck tie and black hat trimmed with cherries and daisies.

She carries her distinctive carpet bag and famous parrot head umbrella. Her boots are black and underwear is white cotton. Bert is dressed in typical grubby chimney sweep attire of pinstripe trousers, black jacket and waistcoat, shirt and cravatte with a cap and black boots. He carries his chimney sweep brushes.

Both dolls come with sturdy black metal stands. This is a unique set from my Mary Poppins dollshouse scene and are offered in excellent condition. Please do contact me if you need any more details.
