This 4 storey dolls house comes complete with bespoke cabinet underneath, which is on wheels. The interior has had some decoration but the exterior remains largely untouched.

This house comes with an extensive collection of accessories and tools, collected over many years, to help complete this project. These include items from Reutter Porzellan Germany, The House Of Miniatures and The Dolls House Emporium to name a few. There are windows surrounds, light fittings, wall/floor coverings and hundreds of items of furniture and ornaments all included. Comes wired for electric lights in every room and includes 2 PAT tested power supplies.

A brief test seems to show the lights are operational. Also included are approximately 96 editions of Dolls House Step by Step magazine, each with an accessory. Dolls house is 106cm(h) x 119cm(w) x 56cm(d). Cabinet is 52cm(h) x 119cm(w) x 56cm(d). Collection is by appointment only. If you unable to collect the item within 7 days then please contact the store where your item is based. We are unable to accept responsibility for any damages/losses that may occur in transit if a courier is arranged.
