1920s-1930s Schoenhut bungalow miniature dollhouse, one room with side door opening and roof opens on both sides to reveal 2 attic rooms. Inside room measures 11 x 11 (useable space for furniture).

Good condition, roof needs some work. All shutters, windows, side door, front door are all present and in good shape. House itself weighs about 6 pounds. With packing materials, box, tape, etc. The package will weigh about 10 lbs.
