Houseworks'The Victorian' Dolls House With Furniture

  
My childhood doll's house as built from Houseworks plans for The Victorian House. It's absolutely beautiful; Kitchen, dining room, and living room to the ground floor; bathroom (with removable wall and door for access) and two bedrooms off a hall on the first floor; and a full-width attic for the Christmas decorations (hand made with love by the new owner) on the second floor under the lifting roof. In great condition - it's just had a new lick of paint, and, apart from the odd scuff from my heavy-handed childhood, it's perfect.

Above the front door are the builder's initials and the year it was built, and over the entrance to the dining room are my initials and the year I was born. Also comes with a wiring kit for lights which has never been used. Comes with such an amazing history, and needs to go to a really loving home to make more lovely memories.

UPDATE: Since moving house, I've found more additions to the house, including, and not limited to. Cat (apparently useless) with basket. Two mice and mousetrap, complete with cheese (hence useless cat).
