Fully Finished Quarter-Scale French Townhouse 148 Dolls House Artisan Miniature

  

Have you been thinking about starting a quarter-scale dollhouse (or expanding your existing collection)? Here is a wonderful opportunity for you in this beautiful, FULLY FINISHED 4-story French Townhouse! I believe the kit is by a British maker, so it is very unique.

The kit was constructed and finished in meticulous detail by William Murphy. The exterior sides and back of the house are finished in a 3D stucco paint, in a pale buttery yellow.

The exterior of the front of the house is finished in brickface (paper with realistic brick details), a gorgeous double front door at the top of 3 steps. There is beautiful window trim on all nine windows, as well as on the panes of the front door. The roof is finished with charming shingles and sports 2 brick chimneys, as well as the lovely oval window. The house itself sits on the attached base of 4 curved feet.

The inside of the house has been stunningly finished with wallpaper, wood floors (paper with realistic detail), floor and ceiling molding, and a wallpaper border on the second floor. The inside of the front-piece has been finished with the same wallpaper as the rooms, and has sweet lace curtains on each 12-pane window. All windows consist of a plastic sheet of glass with the mullion trim applied to it. The roof piece can be removed to reveal a 4. Floor (also with wood flooring) for you to furnish. This delightful house is just waiting for you to choose the furnishings for all four floors. Height 16" (from bottom of "feet to top of chimney). ½ (widest part of base). Depth 5 (widest part of base). Is a handcrafted piece: it is new. Is a 1:48 (1/4 inch) scale miniature. It is an adult collectible miniature, and is not meant for children under the age of 14. The ruler in the photo is there to provide a reference point for scale. It is NOT meant to indicate any exact measurements!
