Handcrafted painted and designed by local artist and ex florist Mary Lawrence, who by using a mixture of handmade and top quality 1:12th Scale dolls accessories, has cleverly created this simply fabulous true to life Antiques & Collectables with working lights (transformer needed) real wooden floor & filled with an array of beautiful Antiques and Vintage items. All items have been stuck down. Sorry the photo's do not do this piece justice. This is a totally unique 1 of a kind piece which Mary has signed & dated. This is a handcrafted piece so expect some minor imperfections (see Photo's).

This Item is new but may have some recycled materials incorporated within. Collection in person from PE13 always welcome. All the way to the bottom!! I know It's Boring & To Some Mindless Waffle But.

First time you get a warning, then after that you get suspended for 3 days, then if you still give out address details they can close you're account down even if the item is still clearly visibly available for sale on your listings page! Most smaller items are delivered via Hermes.

I use Hermes to deliver the majority of my items as anything I send is being tracked. Larger items are sent via another courier company and all are signed for.

I mostly use new packaging but again the bare minimum is charged just to cover costs. DO NOT PAY UNTIL NEW INVOICE IS SENT. PLEASE WAIT TO BE SENT A NEW INVOICE before paying. Due to my ongoing health issues I can now only post out on Fridays. The pain caused from the severe arthritis suffered along with the depression it inevitably causes does not make for an easy life, so your understanding in this matter would be most appreciated.

If you need it sent urgently then please do get in touch so that an alternative can be arranged. We do try to answer all questions within 24 hours. You might have to wait for a reply.
