Four bedrooms, 11 rooms altogether. In very good clean condition. There are rooms to the front and back of the house.

Includes all the furniture and accessories, all the pieces are in very good working and unbroken condition. The house is lit with the copper wire method, just plug it in to light it up! The kitchen lights on the ceiling are Led's and are battery operated, the log fire in the lounge is also battery operated plus 2 lamps.

A couple of the other lamps plug into sockets like really houses, which can be used to plug in light-up fireplaces, standing lamps table lamps, anything that lights up and has a standard miniature plug on. Decorated to a high standard.

The French doors on the balcony open to reveal a bedroom. There are 2 shower rooms, an office with 2 desks. There is also a small toy cupboard for the toys. Suitable for a dolls house collector/enthusiast.

Not suitable for small children or young children! The roof lifts off and the panels can be removed. There are some flaws and imperfections, its not a new house, i.

E, some of the doors don't close properly, some of the windows are a bit misty. Overall this is a very charming'One of a Kind' house with unique features and based on a real house! It's a large and heavy item so please bear this in mind.
