PERHAPS THE MOST CELEBRATED of all the Bliss houses is also one of the earliestthe grand and rare Seaside Manor ca 1901. SIZE: Exterior: 20 tall x 18 across X 10 deep.

Interior Rooms: Downstairs lounge 6.75 high x 9.5 across x 7 deep. Kitchen: 8 high x 5 across x 7 deep bedroom. 9.75 high x 9.5 across x 7 deep in fairly nice condition.

Needs some hinges added to front and minor tlc ie decor to the rooms. It retains its original steps to front door and there remains of faint patterns on walls left by original papers inside the smaller room downstairs which you may wish to retain. Not sure about the other.

When I bought this house it mentioned that it was restored some time in its past and some of the papers outside had been sympathetically replaced this however has been expertly done and a truly sweet and rare little house.
