This is the pe-loved Sylvanian Families Calico Critters. The Highfields Farm is a quaint looking house in Sylvania and has lots of original features. There is a beautifully kept thatched roof which is unique to the farm house. The stable door opens in to the living room where the families of Sylvania enjoy sitting by the open fireplace. The kitchen area has open exposed beams, and these are throughout the house. On the second floor there are two rooms. Up in the attic theres an attic room with a big dorma window in which has views over the rolling hills in the distance Idyllic!

This set includes the Highfields Farm building, detachable chimney, 1 main ladder leading to the second floor (not shown), 1 small ladder leading to the attic, and over a dozen bonus 80's vintage green furniture that consists of a rocking chair, sofa with upholstered floral print, large dining table with 4 chairs, baby crib with blanket and pillow, cradle, bed frame with mattress, and a toy teddy. Other modern pieces include a beige vanity shelf with mirror, stool, hand mirror, comb, toy case, heart shaped cushion pillow, bed frame with mattress and pillow.

Please note that the furniture pieces particularly the 80's pieces do have some fading, marks and discoloration, but overall are in good condition. The modern furniture pieces are new and in mint condition. The lights and fireplace which originally turns on have not been tested, so it may require some electrical repair. Building measures 48.8 x 44.8 x 36.4 cm or approximately 14.5'' L x 10.5'' W x 14.5'' H. Building comes in excellent condition without box.
