1:12th scale vintage Sid Cooke Coxwold Edwardian/Victorian Fully Lit Shop previously used as Ladies Boutique/Fashions. The internal walls have been removed to maximise two floors of shop display.

The ground floor has strip wood flooring, first floor has pink carpet. There are four lovely 6-arm candle chandeliers and five double candle wall-lights. All lights have been checked and fully working. Front double doors and two side doors have crystal door knobs.

Width 77cms x depth 50cms x height (to chimney tops) 64cms. Width 31 ins x depth 20 ins x height 26 ins. Width 50cms x depth 41cm x height 23cm (20 ins x 16 ins x 9 ins approx). The internal decoration is excellent but the outside could probably do with a little tlc. Collection only from NG22 (10 minutes from A1).
