There is a collection of receipts for many of the items. As you can see from the photographs, there is an extensive amount of fixtures and fittings along with furniture, ornaments and all manner of unusual pieces, some hand made, some very rare or specially commissioned, even miniature hand painted wall hangings and one of my favourites, the tiniest of hand made needlepoint wall hanging! The dolls house measurements are as follows. Measures approximately 45 tall including chimney pots on roof, 31½ not including roof, 42 wide, 16 deep. Double door hinges opening - one door measures approximately 24½ wide the other 17½ wide.

A qualified electrician undertook the wiring, fitting of the lights and the coach lamp to the front of the property. A few of the rarest pieces worthy of noting are the Oriental furniture which has been inlaid with mother of pearl, a beautiful pram with the softest of calf leather hood and some wonderful Murano glass and oriental Cloisonné pieces. This is a specialist item which would appeal to adult dolls house collectors and true enthusiasts.
