You are viewing a one of a kind, handcrafted 1/12 scale dollhouse miniature whimsical, Christmas tree. Included in this listing, a matching scalloped tree skirt, two Christmas cards, 5 regular size presents for near the tree, a Santa shopping bag with two tiny presents & a candy cane inside with some red tissue. One of those tiny presents I forgot to add for the photo's but I will include it in before it ships.

I took photo's in different lighting, outside on a sun porch where there is more light and a few I took indoors, it is very hard to get good photo's with my camera especially with a lot of bright colors. This happy tree is fully decorated with gum drops, ice cream cones, cupcakes, lollipops, a cute pink donut, red & white peppermint candies, several Santa's, two are vintage, story books, little presents, crystals, candy canes.

A Merry Christmas sign, gingerbread men, snowmen, a Santa hat, whimsical animals including several different styles of teddy bear's, etc. So many cute little items.... I topped it off with a green & white sparkly lollipop and red & white ribbon bows with streamers that flow down & around the branches and a little red sparkle tulle tucked in around the top that can be easily cut closer in toward the branches if you prefer... Sorry the lighting is not good that is why the cards look so dark but they are totally pure white... Getting good photo's has always been the hardest thing for me, I wish I could figure out a better way but I have tried just about everything but no luck with that. Great gifts for miniature collectors. Tree measures 7 3/4 inches tall and it is 4 in. These items are meant for adults or older children only, as small parts may create a choking hazard for younger children who may still put things in their mouth. To check out my other items.
