For sale is this rare miniature, beautifully detailed and cozy Tudor cottage from the American dollhouse company Greenleaf. The house is called Glencroft.

The house has been lovely hand-made and recently restored. House is 1:12 scale and includes many lovely finishes inside and out. It is ready to be customized to suit your own tastes and vision. Doll house measurements: 25 ¼" W x 17 ¾" D x 24 ¼ H.

Dolls house features: - Four nice sized rooms - Beamed ceilings in both ground floor rooms - Built-in bookcases - Two window seats - Two fireplaces - A winding staircase - Glossy wood floors in all rooms - One window flower box - All doors open easily. Some windows open and some fixed. House is very light to lift in comparison to other houses this size.

Please note: 2 of the window panes on the ground floor (1 pane from front right-hand window and 1 pane from side right-hand window) are not secured and will need glue and/or new 1:12 scale hinges. Some of the other windows may need new hinges and/or nails or may need replacing.
