Welcome to Mulberry Hall Manor House. A rare opportunity to own the truly magnificent Mulberry Hall Manor House. This is a stunning 1/12th scale model residence for the discerning collector.

The craftsmanship and the materials used are of the highest standard and a viewing of this house is highly recommended to fully appreciate the details and quality that the photographs just cannot show. Exterior Front and sides: The exterior has been painstakingly hand finished with thousands of miniature real rough faced sandstones, which cover the front and both sides of the house. Each stone carries a varied shade of subtle colours and texture which compliment each other beautifully. The stonework has been pointed and sealed. Real slate roof: The roof is covered in miniature real slate roof tiles and also includes real lead work. Floors: Each floor is hand crafted and includes tiny ten millimetre pieces of real wood veneers, placed in a chequerboard effect to resemble parquet flooring, they catch the light adding striking detail. Each miniature piece of veneer was cut to size by hand, the floors also include delicate real wood miniature detailed veneer banding throughout. The woods used for the floors include quartered walnut, quartered elm, zebrano, tulipwood, plane tree and boxwood. The floors are designed to slide out if required. The Kitchen floor is made of small pieces of real brick-aged to add character. Exterior stepped front: Finished with real miniature stone brickwork which adds to the realism. Staircases: Run though the centre of the house with delicate decorative railings, a real show stopper. Fireplaces and Kitchen range: Beautiful realistic attention to detail and are included in the sale.

Cabinet: The cabinet/base has two opening doors and two shelves that pull out to use as either storage or you may wish to add a miniature garden. The cabinet is on castors, for ease of moving. Light fittings: Shades are mostly real glass, all bulbs are removable and replaceable. Lighting system: Over 80 bulbs all operate together (there's also ample spare capacity in the system should you wish to add more 12v electrical items in the future).
