This massive 1:24 scale modern dollhouse is a bespoke, handmade structure, with its open plan, spacious rooms, large windows and modish doors. With grey stonework accents (constructed of clay) for the exterior, this model is a realistic grandiose design.

This unique collectors piece boasts of a vast open plan first floor with an adjacent lounge room, overlooked by a glass balcony on the second floor, which consists of bedrooms along the hallway, that can also be accessed from the back of the house. Another two commodious rooms make up the third floor which leads out to a balcony. All of the rooms have been fitted with real vinyl flooring, skirtings and to-date ceiling coving, made from mount board. Functioning remote operated lights with changeable modes and adorned with modish shades leave this house absolutely ready to furnish. This doll house is a collectors piece and is not suitable for children. Please note, this doll house is crafted purely by hand using 6mm MDF and strong wood glue, so should be treated with care. Also, although great caution was taken in crafting, due to the fact this item is handmade, you may find minor imperfections.
