Includes Over 200 Accessories, Many Handmade/New. This is an upcycled item, so most of the major pieces are preloved. All are in pre-cleaned and good used condition. The house is decorated with individually cut and glued flowers and leaves. Forming window boxes on the exterior.

Also Orla Kiely trim decorates the outside. The building is in great used vintage condition.... Expect some signs of play/age.

Please also note the outdoor Xmas tree, wreaths and swags are made of wire and not suitable for young. Please remove them if this is intended for a young child. The inside is decorated in colourful Orla Kiely prints throughout.

Soft furnishings are all handmade from Orla Kiely fabrics. Crockery and food items are all new, as are handmade accessories.

Childrens room; bunk beds with Orla Kiely duvet and pillows + extra cushions. Dollshouse, guitar, toy cupboard with toys, teddy, bowl of sweets, 2 picture books. + handmade orla kiely notebooks, crayons, xmas cards and picture, 2 board games.

Master bedroom; double bed with handmade Orla Kiely duvet, bolster pillow, 2 pillows. Cabinet, dressing table and stool, beauty compact, hairbrush, crib with knitted bedding.

Armchair and 2 handmade Orla kiely cushions. Study; desk with handmade Orla Kiely notebooks and xmas cards + biscuits. Bathroom; Bath, toilet, sink unit, floor mat (moveable), towel and towel rail. Kitchen; sink, oven, dresser, fridge, table, saucepan, new china dinner service for 4. Gold' cutlery set for 4, rolling pin, cutting board, + loads of loose vegetables in basket.

Dinner of sausages, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli and mushrooms (all loose). Cakes large and small, cheese and bread. Working light up fireplace (requires 1 x AAA battery), handmade candles (not for the very young). Dining table with 4 chairs, Light up LED xmas tree, 4 mini fake presents, bag with gift wrap. Gold mirror (not fixed on wall), piano.

Outside; decorated bench seat with handmade Orla Kiely cushions, 3 wreaths and xmas tree. (all wired so not for the very young), Orla Kiely decorated patio piece, patio chairs and table. With handmade Orla Kiely cushions, tray, lots of potted plants. + Elephant family of 5 in good used condition.

In all over 50 loose food items, 8 handmade vases of flowers, 13 potted plants. 3 handmade duvets, 5 handmade pillows, and 17 handmade cushions.

5 handmade notebooks, 14 handmade xmas cards, handmade real mini photo album. + anything else photographed and not mentioned above. A Very Large, Colourful And Fun Set, which represents a serious amount of work! Everything photographed is included in the sale. A quality item, with lovely extras as always.

Each of my houses (and sets) take many hours to design and make. Along with the hundreds of individually glued little leaves and flowers that create my buildings colourful exteriors.
