Beautiful 4 storey , Georgian Wooden Dolls House , Complete with furniture. The dimensions are height 70 cm , width 55 cm & depth 20 cm.

The house comprises four floors , six rooms , plus a full width attic nursery floor which is accessed by removing the front part of the roof. There are three removable staircases & furniture for each of the rooms. The front of the house is made up of two doors with 8 fixed windows & an opening front door.

The window sills of the ground floor windows have window boxes. The house has been hand painted. A Dolls house is a timeless toy which over the years has given children not only pleasure but has also been an unconscious educational tool. Dolls houses can be a toy for an individual child or be be used to develop cooperative play with other children , taking turns & sharing , caring for the house & dividing up chores.

A dolls house can assist a child in role play , develop social, emotional & intellectual skills , develop vocabulary , imagination & creativity. As in the past when children were given a dolls house to develop their life skills , this is still relevant today. With a small child there is the development of fine motor skills & later the introduction of maths when measuring the floors for carpets. The house has been played with & is in good condition.
