1/12 scale dolls house handmade Tudor House. Collection in person or I will personally deliver for FREE to anywhere In (Mainland England) please message me for details. This is a beautiful 7 roomed Tudor Manor House, The roof is handcrafted each and every tile was hand carved along with the two dormer windows that stretch out from the roof. The gardens have trees and shrubs and the house is surrounded by a gorgeous cobble stone floor that has also been hand carved every single block being hand cut. All the walls both inside and out have been plastered inside and out to give the unique Tudor look and finished in white.

Each room has been beamed and all rooms are lit by hand made candle lights that light up the rooms. There is a cook/maid in the kitchen holding a loaf of bread whilst behind her is a table laidened with bread and pies and a hogs head surrounded by fruit. To the rear of that is a hand carved black lead grate filled with logs for the fire. Each room can be viewed by a removable panel that forms part of the house, there is a massive Attic space with two handcrafted beds and two handcrafted water tables with wash bowls. Access is by a panel at each side of the roof.

All the windows are hand cut with a leaded effect on each one. The lower floor is covered in a beautiful hand carved flagstone flooring whilst all other floors are fitted with hand carved floorboards, each floorboard is hand carved and finished off with two nail holes.

The masters room has two handcrafted bookcases with books. The master sits stroking his dog whilst the other two dogs sit waiting and watching in front of the glowing fireside. Two large doors form the entrance to the staircase and entrance hall. The babys room has its own hand crafted bed with furnishing to the front stands a rocking horse and to the rear is a black grate on the wall with a basket of logs.

Depth: 20 (front to rear). Height: 34 Base to chimney top. I do not know the weight, However it will require a two person lift. All of the handcrafted furniture and the figures will be donated FREE of charge if the full price is met.
