1/12 Sid Cooke High Gate Dolls House. This is my beautiful Sid Cooke dolls house for sale done with lots of details took me 2 years to almost complete. There are 5 large rooms in the house and 3 hallways (nursery, bathroom, bedroom, attick, living room, double kitchen). For the suite this includes the tall victorian toilet, roll top bath, shower and curtain and the sink all Lilli Ann products , the nursery next door is is a beautiful white panelled room with an exquisite ceiling , and built in fire place (I have added fire places to every room to give dimension) the nursery has a beautiful electric chandelier and double wall lights , the nursery is packed full with toys.

The living room is fully dressed and my favourite room , everything in the picture your receive including the top quality Bespaq cabinet coffee table and JBM furniture. So much detail in this room!! Including a Bespaq sewing stand and a unique Victoria fish in a box display (taxidermy) and loads more! The blue bedroom is full of elegance and lit up with working electric flicker fire and electric candle sticks on the fire place. Stained Wooden floors throughout the entire house.

The kitchen basement is wonderful and comes complete with a full victorian stove that lights up. Like its really working and tiled and built into the kitchen , there is also every Victoria kitchen feature you could think of in there so much to remember and list!!

The hallways are beautifully panelled and decorated with red wall paper and matching curtains and pictures , there is a dress stand in the hallway that I hand crafted and its full of coats and shoes and keys brollys etc even some suitcases!

The attick has been started and almost complete decorating the walls with miniature newspapers and filling with boxes etc. There is also a basement garden that is just beautiful!! Dressed with flowers grass and pave if its beautiful! Even a tiny blue birds nest in a plant pot! I will be sad to see this house go as Iv much loved creating this but its time for a new project!
